The founder and owner of the company, MariaElena has 30 years of experience in the field of personal business, antiques and in liquidating estates. Estate sales are our business solely, my knowledge is vast and what I don't know I will research or turn over to one of my area experts.

I have expert appraisers at my disposal, these appraisers range in fields such as gold and silver, rugs, artwork, antiques, mid-century, depression era, and anything vintage. The list goes on and on.

Research is also a large part of the business discipline and one of the most important parts considering it sets the value of the estate sale items. I take pride in the research and inventory process and apply this knowledge to selling your estate sale items. I take the process of research very seriously and will work diligently on your behalf to earn the most for the estate.

Winding Road Estate Sales individually  quotes fees (35%-50% of sale proceeds) during the initial walk through of estate. 

Depending on the total number of days needed to conduct a successful and lucrative sale, a set-up fee will also be charged this fee covers: advertising, pricing, research, setting up of estate sale items, running of the sale and tear down at the end of the sale process. This fee will be based on volume of items and the size of the estate. The fee ranges from $300-$500. This fee is to help offset the cost of labor involved to prepare an estate for liquidation.

A complete list of fees for other services is available upon request. These services include: purging of items, organizing and purging of items and removal of items, .

I will also coordinate with a charitable organization for any items that a client does not wish to remain in possession of after the conclusion of the estate sale for pick up and removal. The client will receive a tax receipt for a deduction at the end of the year, and an itemized list of donated items making filing at tax time easier.

I offer our initial consultation, which is not only FREE, but also educational.

I will provide you with three things upon completion of a sale:

A cashiers check.

An empty house.

A tax receipt for any remaining, donated items, it's that simple.
